Generator Drop Command

NextGens allows generators to "drop" a list of commands, meaning when it's the generator's time to "drop", it will execute the console command instead, you can pair it with the chance system, this is of course to expand the possibilities, for example, you can spawn mobs on the generator with a lower chance.
