Cashback

Upon upgrading or fixing generators, players who have nextgens.cashback.<percentage> permission will receive a cashback instantly, and they can toggle the cashback message by using /togglecashback by default.

For example: The price for upgrading is $10,000 and players have nextgens.cashback.50 permission, and after they upgrade the generator, they will receive $5,000 as cashback.
